What is our process?

Engagement Process:​

• Our scheduling dispatch team will request that you provide us with all the necessary details including pictures of your current situation.

• Our scheduling dispatch team then organises for one our our skilled technicians to attend the property.

Operational Process:

• Upon arrival our certified skilled technician will assess for all safety risks, the technician will then establish an action a plan to ensure themselves and others are safe from harm's way.

• Our technician will then commence documenting the current situation in the system, noting all that is required to complete the job safely.

• Our estimating team will then take this information from the system and prepare a quote to provide the point of contact.

• Once the quote has been approved through our system, our technicians will then begin all the necessary actions required to complete the job.

Completion Process:​​​​

• Our technicians then cleans all debris & informs the site contact of the completed job, the technician then takes pictures of the completed work and request the site contact to then sign the completion report electronically via the technician mobile device.

• Our Invoicing team then issue the completion invoice to the point of contact with all required payment details stated within the invoice details.
